01 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the pklak website, its subdomains, mobile browser interface, and all associated services accessible at pklak.bio.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the pklak platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the pklak platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in your pklak account at any given time, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or bonus amounts credited to your account as part of a pklak promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before your first withdrawal is processed.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all pklak transactions are denominated.
• "Game Provider" means any certified third-party software studio whose games are accessible through the pklak platform, including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, Spribe, NetEnt, and Microgaming.
• "Prohibited Activity" means any action described in Section 7 of these Terms and Conditions.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction placed on your account at your request that prevents you from accessing the platform for a defined or indefinite period.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these terms.

02 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on pklak, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pklak does not permit access by any person under the age of 21.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in Bangladesh at the time of registration and during use of the platform.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary or mandatory, on the pklak platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person. Each account must be registered and used by the individual in whose name it was created.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on pklak. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If pklak identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances in those accounts may be forfeited.

Registration Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and preferred payment method. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. pklak is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the player.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify pklak support immediately at [email protected] so that your account can be secured.

03 Account Verification (KYC)

pklak is required to verify the identity and age of all players before processing withdrawal requests. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Until KYC verification is completed, withdrawals will not be processed, though deposits and gameplay remain available.

Required Documents

To complete KYC verification, players must submit clear, legible copies of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document — National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of your registered Bangladesh mobile number used for bKash, Nagad, or Rocket transactions.
• Additional documentation may be requested at pklak's discretion in cases where identity cannot be conclusively confirmed from the initial submission.

Verification Timeline

pklak aims to complete KYC verification within 24 to 48 hours of receiving all required documents. Players will be notified by email or SMS when their verification is complete. If your documents are rejected due to poor image quality or inconsistency with your account details, you will be asked to resubmit. pklak reserves the right to suspend account activity pending KYC completion if fraud indicators are detected.

Ongoing Verification

pklak may request additional verification at any time for accounts that show unusual transaction patterns, large withdrawal requests, or other activity that warrants further review. Failure to cooperate with verification requests within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account restriction until the review is concluded.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

All deposits to your pklak account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a payment account belonging to another person — are not permitted. pklak reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third-party payment source and to close the associated account.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Maximum single deposit: Subject to your chosen payment method's transaction limits.
• Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, Mastercard.
• All deposits are credited in BDT. No currency conversion is applied.
• Deposits via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your pklak account within seconds.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification and compliance with all applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 30 minutes, 24 hours a day.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.
• pklak does not charge withdrawal processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Withdrawals to payment accounts not matching your registered identity will be declined.

Transaction Disputes

If you believe a deposit or withdrawal has been processed incorrectly, you must notify pklak support at [email protected] within 7 days of the transaction date. pklak will investigate the dispute and respond within 5 business days. Transaction records maintained by pklak's payment system are considered authoritative in the event of a dispute.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

pklak offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all bonuses credited to your account must be wagered a minimum of 20 times the bonus amount before any winnings derived from that bonus become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus carries a wagering requirement of ৳20,000 before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.

Bonus Eligibility

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per household, device, and IP address.
• Reload bonuses are available to existing verified players as specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Only one bonus may be active at a time.
• Free bet credits apply only to the specific markets or games stated in the promotion.
• pklak reserves the right to withdraw any bonus from an account if it determines that the player obtained the bonus through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts.

Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirement that have not been met within the stated expiry period will be forfeited. The expiry period for each bonus is stated in the promotion's specific terms. If no expiry is stated, the default expiry period is 30 days from the date the bonus was credited.

06 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on pklak are supplied by certified third-party game providers. The rules governing each game are set by the respective game provider and are displayed within each game's interface. By playing any game on pklak, you agree to abide by the rules of that game as set by the provider.

Return to Player (RTP)

Each game on pklak has a published Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which represents the theoretical long-term percentage of wagered amounts returned to players as winnings. RTP figures are theoretical averages across a statistically significant number of rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. RTP information is accessible within each game's information panel.

Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction — including but not limited to server errors, disconnections, or software faults — that interrupts a game round, pklak will endeavour to restore the game to the state immediately prior to the malfunction. Where this is not possible, the stake for the affected round will be credited back to the player's account. Winnings generated during a demonstrably malfunctioning game session are void and will not be paid out. The decision of pklak's technical team regarding game malfunctions is final.

Void Bets

Sports betting wagers may be declared void by pklak if: the event is cancelled or postponed and not resumed within 48 hours; the market was offered in error; or the outcome was determined by factors outside the normal course of play. Void bet stakes are returned to the player's account balance.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pklak platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balance at pklak's sole discretion:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with pklak games or betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategy designed to exploit the platform.
• Exploiting errors, software bugs, or pricing anomalies in games or betting odds. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Making deposits using payment methods not registered in your own name (third-party payments).
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the pklak platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or otherwise extract data or content from the pklak platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pklak staff, support agents, or other players.

pklak cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will report suspected criminal activity, including money laundering and fraud, to the relevant Bangladeshi authorities.

08 Responsible Gaming

pklak is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform provides the following tools to all registered players, accessible via the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit into your pklak account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a defined period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account and prevent re-registration for a minimum period of 6 months.

Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their wellbeing, finances, or relationships are strongly encouraged to use these tools and to seek help from a responsible gaming support organisation. 09 Account Suspension and Termination

pklak reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated by the player without prior dispute resolution with pklak.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).
• At the player's own request (voluntary closure).

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or game activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. pklak will notify the registered contact details of the account holder before applying dormant account status. Any balance remaining in a dormant account at the time of closure will be held for a period of 24 months, during which the account holder may contact [email protected] to reclaim their funds. After 24 months, unclaimed dormant balances will be forfeited.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your pklak account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to successful KYC verification and provided no outstanding wagering requirements apply to the balance.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the pklak platform — including but not limited to the pklak brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of pklak or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions grants you any right, licence, or interest in any intellectual property belonging to pklak or its partners.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any pklak content without prior written consent from pklak. Unauthorised use of pklak intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent available under applicable law.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pklak's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pklak account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pklak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform — even if pklak has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

pklak does not accept liability for losses arising from: internet connectivity issues outside pklak's control; errors or delays in third-party payment processing; force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, or government actions; or decisions made by game providers in connection with their certified game outcomes.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits pklak's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by pklak's negligence, to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by law.

12 Privacy and Data Protection

pklak collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering on pklak, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pklak implements industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include SSL/TLS encryption of all data in transit, access controls limiting data access to authorised pklak personnel, and regular security reviews. 13 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Bangladesh. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

Dispute Resolution Procedure

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are required to first raise the dispute with pklak's support team at [email protected]. pklak will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days and will endeavour to resolve disputes within 20 business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, you may pursue the matter through the appropriate courts of Bangladesh.

pklak's records of account activity, transaction history, game outcomes, and communication logs shall be considered authoritative evidence in any dispute proceedings unless demonstrated to be inaccurate by clear and compelling counter-evidence.
